Pete Jupp began his career in the early '80s as a drummer for the bands Wildlife and Samson, both of which were signed to major record labels enjoying success on the UK rock scene.

In 1984 he became a founder member of his current band FM. FM released their first album INDISCREET in 1986 on the CBS Portrait record label and had a number of very high profile support slots with some of the biggest names in rock music at the time such as Bon Jovi, Tina Turner, Meat Loaf, Foreigner, Gary Moore, REO Speedwagon and Status Quo.
FM have gone on to release a further 15 albums and are currently in the studio recording their latest album.

FM have also released several EPs, many of which feature remixes of the title tracks which have been created and produced by Pete himself. These songs have received high profile radio airplay on stations such as BBC Radio 2 and Planet Rock.

In addition to their own headline shows FM have recently toured with artists such as Thin Lizzy, Journey and Whitesnake in major venues across the UK and Europe, most recently the hugely successful triple-bill Foreigner / Europe / FM shows in 2015 and their stint as Special Guests for Heart on their 2016 UK tour which included a date at London's Royal Albert Hall.
